Tamron 17-70 or Fuji 16-55. As title says I’m looking at two different lenes. I’m currently using a fringer ef adapter. With an efs 18-55 atm kit lens. I also have an efs 55-250 kit lens, a simga 10-20 efs mount and the canon 50mm f1.8. I also have the xf35 f2.

Jul 18, 2022 · The image quality on the 17-70mm is excellent from f/2.8 to f/16. I did critical lens tests between the Tamron 17-70mm, XF16-55mmF2.8 R WR, and XF16-80mmF4 R OIS WR. Optically it is the most balanced in comparison with the other Fujifilm lenses. Edge-to-edge sharpness is consistent even at f/2.8, with optimal sharpness at f/5.6.

Went to a beginners training session at Fuji last week, and was strongly advised by the instructor to get myself the 16-55 lens instead of my 16-80.
